To the maximum extent permitted by United States law, Remote Hill will not be liable for:
- death or personal injury from the use of Remote Hill;
- fraud or misrepresentation from the use of Remote Hill;
- or any other liabilities that may not be exluded under United States law from the use of Remote Hill.
To the maximum extent permitted by United States law, Remote Hill will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.

What constitutes a modification is to be determined at the sole discretion of Remote Hill.
